Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Cancellations are permitted within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final, and you acknowledge that you agree to the time required to complete and dispatch your order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations and make the perfect gift for nail art enthusiasts.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

Each order is promptly shipped as soon as it's created and processed. However, the speed at which you receive your order after dispatch depends entirely on your local courier and their delivery times.

Please keep in mind that during busy holiday seasons, couriers may experience delays.

We cannot guarantee arrival before the holidays or during peak times, so we recommend checking with your local courier for the most accurate updates.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within New Zealand and Australia. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Products & Usage

Q: How do I find my size?
A: We offer a comprehensive sizing guide for every nail type and length available. For accurate measurements, please follow our measuring guide or sizing tutorial. Additionally, you can refer to our shape and sizing guide page for more detailed information.

Q: How long do they last?
A: Short-Wear Tabs: 2-7 Days (1week)
With the right preparation, your nails will remain securely in place for 2 to 7 days when using the sticky tabs included in your press-on nails pack.

Extended Wear (Glue): Up to 3-4 Weeks
When applied with nail glue and proper preparation, your nails can last for up to 3-4 weeks.

Q: Can I re-use the nails?
A: You can easily re-use your press-on nails when using sticky tabs. To remove the adhesive, simply wash them with soap a little bit of oil (such as body oil, cuticle oil, or kitchen oil) and water or gently rub the residue away with a small amount of acetone on a cotton swab.

If you opt for nail glue, investing in an economical electric nail file or drill can be beneficial to efficiently buff away any glue buildup on the underside of the nails, helping to extend their longevity.

What's your processing / creation time?
A: ** Standard made to order nails **

Kindly allow 7-10 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) for the preparation of your order as each nail is hand painted, created & packaged by me.

** Custom made to order nails **

Creation times for custom orders takes up to 2 weeks excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event we need extra time to create your claws, kindly allow us 3 weeks to have them completed for you.

Q: What's included in my press-on purchase?
A: Each purchase includes a full set of 10 beautifully hand-painted nails along with a complete nail prep kit. Each kit features a mini nail file, a mini nail buffer, a cuticle stick, alcohol wipes, nail glue, and two sheets of sticky adhesive nail tabs. All sets are elegantly packaged and contains detailed instructions for applying and removing the press-on nails.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the 100% handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns; all sales are final. However, we strive to ensure that every customer receives beautiful, high-quality custom-made press-on nails. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
